Returns and Exchanges
We value every customer and ensure that shopping with our company is convenient and safe. All return and exchange policies comply with the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
Return of Goods in Proper Condition
You have the right to return or exchange goods in proper condition within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order if:
- the product has not been used and retains its original appearance;
- consumer properties, packaging, seals, and labels are preserved;
- you have a document confirming the purchase (receipt, delivery note, invoice, etc.).
Exchange or return is possible if the product is not included in the list of goods that are not subject to return, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 dated 19.03.1994.
How to process a return:
- Contact us by phone or send an email request within 14 days from receiving the goods.
- Agree with the manager on the method of return (via carrier or in person).
- After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the payment within 7 working days.
The cost of return delivery for goods in proper condition is paid by the buyer.
Return of Goods in Improper Condition
If you receive defective, damaged, or incomplete goods, we will replace them or refund your money free of charge.
In case of defects:
- Contact us within 14 days from receiving the order.
- Send photos or videos confirming the damage.
- We will organize an exchange or return at no additional cost to you.
All quality claims are considered in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment:
- for card payments — to the same card within 1–5 banking days;
- for bank transfer payments — to the buyer's bank account;
- for cash payments — by agreement at the pickup point.
